• Bleach is 97% water so once the chemicals have evaporated there is more wetness for mold to grow on!
• Most chemicals and biocides used to treat mold are quite poisonous and almost never treat both surfaces and the air.
• Ozone generators may be hazardous to your health, especially when used at levels high enough to kill mold.
• UV is ineffective at treating mold
• Tearing out, replacing or even tearing it down is a costly option and not always necessary. Test first to see which mold spores you are dealing with. It will save big $$$ in the end.
