Bath Salts Recipe
This bath salts recipe can be made in a hundred variations. Whatever meets your fancy. If you want to work on a specific problem,
consult body remedies, remedies for women, remedies for men, remedies for children.
Start by mixing - 1 cup of Epsom Salts
- 1 cup of medium course sea salt
- 1 cup of baking soda
To this mixture add 25 to 40 drops of essential oils. Never use more than four different single oils. Some ideas: Lavender for stress, Geranium for hormone balancing, Eucalyptus for respiratory support, Lemon to lift your spirits. Bathing with essential oils gives you that great combination of using your oils with heat, absorbing them through the skin and inhaling them at the same time! Add about half a cup of your bath salts recipe to the bath. ENJOY! Remember that oils and water don't mix so if you decide to drop some oils directly into the bath water make sure you disperse them with your hands. The remaining oil floating on top of the water may be absorbed with a washcloth.
