Lavender Helped Our Sleeping Problems

My husband has had sleeping problems for the past five years, falling asleep pretty easily but then waking up two hours later to continue the rest of the night awake, restless, sweating, sleeping light then waking again.

Needless to say not helping my sleep any either. We tried Lavender essential oil many times, applying a few drops behind the ears, spritzing it on our pillows and bedding, applying it to the bottom of our feet at bedtime.

It wasn't until we used several drops of lavender in the ultrasonic diffuser and diffused for two hours at bedtime that we got astonishing results. Night and Day!

We started waking up in the early morning, refreshed and out of a deep, restful sleep every time. No more night time snack attacks for him either. Lavender works.
