Can you make your own oils to put into an aroma diffuser?

ANSWER You know, it CAN be done. There are expensive kits available (small scale distillers) to distill and produce your own essential oils from batches of plant material you may have grown in your own garden. However you will need a LOT of plants to get just a few drops of essential oil and depending on your distillation method the oil may be of sub-therapeutic quality. But could be a very fun hobby!
